LCD TV Stands Should Provide Good Support
Most new LCD televisions come from the factory equipped with LCD TV stands to hold the television upright on a flat surface. LCD TV stands that were manufactured specifically for a particular model and size TV may not strong or stable enough for the newer models. These newer, and very thin LCD televisions mount nicely on the wall, although some opt for eye level viewing and place them on a stand.
The traditional cabinets that held older model TVs will more than likely not be large enough to handle the newer, wide screen LCD TVs. However, most smaller units will fit, with more space above the television than most people are used to seeing. Using LCD TV stands the television can be placed on top of a flat stand or even a bedroom dresser depending on its size.
Once consumers have decided on the size of their TVs then they can purchase the right size LCD TV stands. The large LCD TVs that are fifty inches or larger tend to be more stable on a sturdy stand that is large as well.
Examine the Quality of the Stand
